Did you support Gov. Butch Otter's position on establishing an Idaho health insurance exchange? Why or why not?

I support the full repeal of Obamacare at the Federal level. However, the Federal government backed the legislature and the Governor into a corner on the exchange issue. By opting for the state exchange, the legislature helped divert funds that would have otherwise been earmarked for Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion providers through the Federal exchange. It seems to be the better of two bad options.
